Water System User Training: SWIFT Submittals – Lead Service Line Inventory

TCEQ has partnered with Global Environmental Consulting (GEC) to develop an online application, SWIFT Submittals, for submitting Lead Service Line Inventories (LSLI) to TCEQ. This free training will cover how to navigate the application’s features including:
- Creating an account.
- Uploading LSLI data via webform and spreadsheet template.
- Demonstrating the “Submit-to-State” process water systems will use to report their LSLI to TCEQ.
Note: This training will not count toward Continuing Education (CE) credits for renewing a TCEQ occupational license.

- Owners and operators at community and nontransient non-community public water systems.
- Environmental compliance professionals.
- Anyone interested in learning about submitting LSLIs to TCEQ.

Under EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR), community and nontransient noncommunity public water systems must submit an LSLI to TCEQ by Oct. 16, 2024. See the LCRR webpage for the most up-to-date information.
