Discharge Monitoring Reporting for Facilities with Multi-sector General Permits: Webinar on Using NetDMR for Online Reporting

TCEQ is hosting a FREE webinar on how to electronically submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) for the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) through the online reporting system NetDMR.

The two-and-a-half hour online workshop will provide information on how to report monitoring data in NetDMR. TCEQ staff will be available to answer questions during the event.

Part I – Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) Monitoring and Reporting in NetDMR

Part II – Reporting in NetDMR for MSGP Permits

If your facility meets any of the following conditions, you must submit through the NetDMR electronic reporting system by March 31, 2023:

  • Must meet federal effluent limits within sectors A, C, D, E, J, O, and S (find a full list of activities required to meet federal effluent limits in Part III.C.2 Table 3 of the MSGP), and/or
  • Must meet numeric effluent limits for hazardous metals and must report because of an exceedance, and/or
  • Must meet benchmark monitoring requirements.
