The Toxicology Division sends list serve announcements and encourages interested parties to submit relevant technical data.
A New Public Comment Period Has Begun
Chemicals are selected for one or more of the following reasons:
- they have been detected in air monitoring
- permits are frequently issued for them
- the public has expressed concerns about them
The Toxicology Division is not requesting toxicity information at this time. Members on the Toxicology Announcement List will be informed when there is a request for information.
