Standard Permit for Concrete Batch Plants with Enhanced Controls

Forms and guidance for Concrete Batch Plants with Enhanced Controls.

The Air Quality Standard Permit for Concrete Batch Plants with Enhanced Controls is authorized under the Texas Health and Safety Code Section 382.05198Exit the TCEQ . Specific statutory authority for this standard permit is derived from Senate Bill 1272, 78th Legislature, 2003.

NEW PI-1S-CBP Registration Form

The PI-1S-CBP is for all concrete batch plant standard permit registrations, including Standard Permit 6004 for concrete batch plants. You can submit applications using the PDF form but we strongly encourage you to start using the new Excel version to improve your permitting timeline. It will be required starting on September 1, 2020. At that time, the PDF version of the PI-1S will no longer be accepted for these standard permit registrations.

      • This version is required for applications received on or after September 1, 2020.
