Air PBR 106.263: Routine Maintenance, Startup and Shutdown of Facilities, and Temporary Maintenance Facilities
Routine maintenance, startup, and shutdown of facilities, and temporary maintenance facilities are permitted by rule if the operations meet the conditions of 30 TAC Sections 106.4 and 106.263. Claims under this permit by rule might need to be approved before construction may begin. Links to relevant rules, forms, and guidance.
Facilities, or physical or operational changes to a facility, that satisfy the general conditions of Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Section 106.4 and the specific conditions of 30 TAC Section 106.263 are permitted by rule.
