Air PBR 106.453: Washing and Drying of Glass and Metal

Equipment used for washing or drying products fabricated from metal or glass is permitted by rule under 30 TAC Section 106.453, provided no volatile organic materials are used in the process and no oil or solid fuel is burned. No registration or fee is required. Record-keeping requirements are discussed.

Equipment used for washing or drying products fabricated from metal or glass is permitted by rule if it meets the conditions stated in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Section 106.453Exit the TCEQ. Section 106.4Exit the TCEQ.
