Air PBRs of Subchapter X

Air permits by rule for equipment, facilities, or operations related to waste processes and remediation.

Air PBR 106.531: Sewage Treatment Facility

Sewage treatment facilities, excluding combustion or incineration equipment, land farms, or grease trap waste handling or treatment facilities, are permitted by rule under 30 TAC Section 106.531. No registration or recordkeeping is required.

Air PBR 106.532: Water and Wastewater Treatment

Water and wastewater treatment units are permitted by rule with respect to air quality if they meet the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.4 and 106.532. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.

Air PBR 106.533: Water and Soil Remediation

Remediation facilities that meet the conditions of 30 TAC Sections 106.533 and 106.4 are permitted by rule. Links to relevant rules, forms, and guidance.

Air PBR 106.534: Municipal Solid Waste Landfills and Transfer Stations

Municipal solid waste landfills and waste transfer stations operating in compliance with the Texas Solid Waste Disposal Act are permitted by rule under 30 TAC Section 106.534. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.
