Class Information

TIER II CHEMICAL REPORTING TRAINING CLASSES

The Tier II Chemical Reporting Program is hosting free training classes to assist filers with preparing for their 2024 Annual Tier II reports. Tier II requirements and reporting procedures will be the focus.

The online classes will be conducted using Microsoft Teams Webinars, and will cover TCEQ's online reporting system. A limited number of in-person trainings are also being offered. Registration for a class will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Should you need to cancel your registration please utilize the link in your original registration confirmation email to do so. If you encounter any issues registering for an available class please send an email to tier2help@tceq.texas.gov or submit a Customer Help Form .

Tier II Training Agenda

The full training is currently scheduled to go from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., but the actual training time will depend on whether the attendees have questions or would like to see any features of the system demoed. The full schedule is available below.

In-Person Trainings: These in-person trainings have limited seating capability and will cover the same material as the full day training.

Please join 15 minutes prior the start of the event to allow time to address any potential technical issues.

Online Refresher Training Class: This class is useful for those that have used the Tier II Reporting application before and are only interested in a shortened version of the training that will put emphasis on what has changed since last reporting season. Online Full Training Class: This class will cover the full Tier II reporting process in Texas, including program history and instructions on how to submit a Tier II report through STEERS.
