Municipal Solid Waste Annual Reporting Program
Forms and instructions for submitting your MSW annual report online, by email, or in hard copy. Reports for each fiscal year (September 1 through August 31) are due by November 10 following the end of the fiscal year.
Requirement to Submit an MSW Annual Report
Operators of permitted or registered MSW facilities are required by 30 TAC Chapter 330, Subchapter P or Chapter 326, Subchapter G (for medical waste facilities) to report to the TCEQ the types and amounts of waste processed or disposed, and remaining disposal capacity.
Reports are based on the Texas state fiscal year, which runs from September 1 through August 31. Reports for fiscal year 2026 (September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026) are due no later than November 10, 2026.

After you complete the report form, print and sign the form, then submit it by one of the following methods:
