An open-participation group that meets periodically to discuss issues related to the HRVOC rules in 30 TAC, Chapter 115 and HRVOC Cap and Trade Program rules in 30 TAC, Chapter 101.

Stakeholder Group: Leak Detection and Repair Alternative Work Practice

Seeks stakeholder input on issues related to the LDAR AWP and may include requirements of use, monitoring, quantification, and SIP implications. May also look at other related technologies and processes. An open participation stakeholder group, anyone may attend the meetings.
