Oxides of Nitrogen is measured in parts per billion.

Many oxides of nitrogen are produced by high-temperature combustion. All higher oxides of nitrogen are grouped together in this parameter; however, there is no national standard for these oxides of nitrogen. The only standard is for the annual average of nitrogen dioxide.
