NEW NOTICE: Important Update on License Renewals – House Bill 1237 passed during the 89th Texas Legislative Session and will become effective September 1, 2025. For license/registration holders that expire on or after September 1, 2025, this bill will allow up to 180 days after the expiration date of the license to submit a renewal application, with additional fees. Note that this extended renewal window does not extend the deadline to complete all required continuing education hours before the expiration date of the license. As of June 1, 2025, the TCEQ will require Computer Criminal History (CCH) Verification forms pursuant to Texas Department of Public Safety requirements. Applicants who provide their criminal history information through self-attestation will be required to include a signed CCH Verification form with all new and renewal license application.
Licensees can now authorize the release of their contact information. Consenting to making your information available to the public is completely voluntary and may allow potential customers and employers to reach you. Please complete the Authorization to Release/Display Confidential License Contact Information form if you wish to have your information be made available on TCEQ's Website. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
