Air PBRs of Subchapter E

Air permits by rule for equipment, facilities, or operations related to aggregate and pavement.

Air PBR 106.141: Batch Mixers

Batch mixers using drums with a capacity of 27 cubic feet or less for mixing cement, sand, aggregate, lime, gypsum, additives, and/or water to produce concrete, grout, stucco, mortar, or other similar products are permitted by rule under Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC) Section 106.141.

Air PBR 106.143: Wet Sand and Gravel Production

Wet sand and gravel production facilities are permitted by rule if they meet the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.4 and 106.143. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.

Air PBR 106.144: Bulk Mineral Handling

Bulk mineral product handling facilities. Claims under this PBR must be approved before construction may begin. This page gives a brief overview of this PBR and links to relevant rules and forms.

Air PBR 106.145: Bulk Sand Handling

Air PBR 106.146: Soil Stabilization Plants

Air PBR 106.148: Material Unloading

Material unloading is permitted by rule if it meets the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.4 and 106.148. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.

Air PBR 106.149: Sand and Gravel Processing

Any sand and gravel production facility that obtains its material from deposits of sand and gravel consisting of natural disintegration of rock and stone is permitted by rule if it meets the conditions stated in 30 TAC Sections 106.149 and 106.4. No registration or fee is required. Recordkeeping requirements are discussed.

Air PBR 106.150: Asphalt Silos
