NetDMR Updates

Sludge DMRs are no longer available in NetDMR. All sludge reporting must be submitted electronically using the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) NPDES eReporting Tool for Biosolids (“NETBIO”). Electronic Reporting

Multisector General Permit Reporting
Effective December 21, 2016, all analytical results for determining compliance with effluent limitations were required to be submitted online using the NetDMR reporting system. TCEQ issued two temporary waivers for electronic reporting of MSGP DMRs that will expired on April 1, 2022.

Electronic Reporting Rule
NPDES regulated entities that are required to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) must do so electronically using NetDMR by December 21, 2016. Learn more about the EPA’s NPDES Electronic Reporting Rule.

Electronic Reporting Waiver
If you are unable to report electronically, you can submit a Request for Electronic Reporting Waiver form (TCEQ-20754).
