The Municipal Solid Waste Recycling Stakeholder Advisory Group was formed to receive input on ways to encourage recycling through minimal and streamlined authorization requirements while promoting and enforcing compliance under Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 328, Waste Minimization and Recycling.
The Municipal Solid Waste Permits section will facilitate the Municipal Solid Waste Management and Resource Recovery Advisory Council (MSWRRAC). MSWRRAC meetings are held once a quarter. Topics may include discussion of state policies and programs, and recommendations on MSW management.
