TCEQ Recommendations | TCEQ recommended that the contact recreation use on San Bernard River Above Tidal and West Bernard Creek remain primary contact recreation 1 and that the contact recreation use on Gum Tree Branch be revised to secondary contact recreation 1. TCEQ held a comment period for these recommendations that ended February, 2016. The use change for Gum Tree Branch was included in the 2018 Texas Surface Water Quality Standards. |
