Tables for New Source Review Permitting

Ancillary tables and similar forms to be completed to determine significant information and, in some cases, to be submitted with the permit application.

These tables are related to filing air permits applications, and they are designed to assist the applicant with data needed for an accurate application. All of the tables are labeled with a Table-number, and a title. If you do not know the table number that you need, read each title to help you decide which table will best assist you.

Tables Related to Air Permitting (Tables 1-6)

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Emission Point Summary, Material Balance, Gaseous Abatement Devices, Combustion Units, Solid Waste Incinerator Operations, and Boilers and Heaters.

Tables Related to Air Permitting (Tables 7 a - e)

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Vertical Fixed Roof Storage Tanks, Horizontal Fixed Roof Storage Tanks, External Floating Roof Storage Tanks, Internal Floating Roof Storage Tanks, Chemical Data Information.

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Flare Systems, Particle Size Distribution, 10-Cyclone Separators, Fabric Filters, Electrostatic Precipitators, and Scrubbers or Wet Washers.

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Absorbers, Adsorbers, Particulate Dust Collectors, Rock Crushers, Spray Booths, and In-line Filters.

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Concrete Batch Plants, Furnaces, Hot Mix Asphalt Plants, Petroleum Production Tank or Tank Battery, Dust and Lint Collectors Used in Cotton Ginning, and Heat Exchanges.

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Abrasive Blast Cleaning, Reciprocating Engines, Certification of Estimated Capital Cost and Permit Application Fee, Estimated Emissions and Fee Certification for Permit Renewals, Combustion Turbines, and Screen Models.

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).

These tables are designed to assist applicants by providing specific information. The tables are related to: Air Quality Application Supplement, Project Contemporaneous Change, Description of Credible Reductions, Initial Lowest Achievable Emission Rate Determination, Alternate Site Analysis for Texas NNSR, Construction or Modification Offset, Description of Credible Offsets, and Signature Verification.
