The public comment period for the draft report closed July 21, 2023. The comment period for the final report ended December 2023. TCEQ uses the public's comments to make informed recommendations for the recreational use category and criteria to include in the Texas Surface Water Quality Standards. |
| TCEQ Recommendations | The draft Recreational Use Recommendation public comment period closed December 2024. TCEQ recommended the use for Lower Keechi Creek to change to secondary contact recreation 1. This use change will be included in the next TSWQS revision. |
