Water Supply Division staff can answer questions about:
- Boil water notices and public notices,
- Updating ownership and contact information for public water systems,

- Plans for drinking water facilities (wells, treatment plants, pressure tanks, storage tanks),
- Water districts,
- Drinking water violations for maximum contaminant level, treatment techniques, and monitoring and reporting,
- Consumer confidence report also called the water quality report,
- Free financial, managerial, and technical assistance,
- Labs that can analyze your microbial , lead and copper , and water quality parameter samples ,
- Sampling requirements and frequency for chemical, microbial, lead and copper, and water quality parameters,
- Cybersecurity and preparing for a natural disaster,
- Emergency Preparedness Plans,
- Texas Optimization Program, and
