Special Accommodations for a Disability

If you have a disability and need special accommodations when taking a licensing exam, please fill out the  special accommodations request form. If preferred, you may email the form to TCEQ at the email below or mail it using the address on the form. Please include supporting documentation to show medical proof of your disability. You must contact TCEQ in advance to schedule your exam, so that we can make sure the accommodations you need are in place on the day of your exam. Once you have been approved, then a licensing specialist will coordinate a date, time, and place for you to take your exam. Contact TCEQ at 512-239-6133 or licenses@tceq.texas.gov.

Note: Do not register for your exam until you have been approved for your special accommodation request.
