Marketers of Used Oil

A used oil marketer

• directs a shipment of off-specification used oil to a used oil burner, or
• claims that the used oil to be burned for energy recovery meets used oil specifications.

Used oil marketers should register using the Registration for Used Oil Handler and/or Used Oil Filter Handlers Form (TCEQ-10062). ( Instructions)

There are no reporting requirements for used oil marketers.
