Notification of certain land application activities of Class A or Class AB biosolids is required under Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Part 1, Chapter 312, Subchapter A General Provisions, Section §312.4, Required Authorizations and Notifications, .

Before you may apply Class A or Class AB biosolids to land in Texas, you must:

Complete the notification form : Notification of Certain Class A or Class AB Marketing and Distribution Activities .
If you have not done so already, complete form TCEQ-10400, the Core Data Form.

Submit the completed Core Data Form and your Notification to the address shown in the instructions for notification of biosolids application activities.
