, Application to Register a Site for Beneficial Land Application of Domestic Septage. You can find the instructions in the same file as the form. - Print out and complete
Annual Land Application Summary Report Form (Domestic Septage Only) .
- If you have not done so already,
complete form TCEQ-10400 , the Core Data Form.
