Annual and Quarterly Reports for Class B Sludge
What to submit in quarterly and annual reports if you hold a permit for Class B sludge that was issued on or after September 1, 2003. Archives of summaries and reports.
If you have a Class B sludge permit that was issued on or after September 1, 2003, submit a quarterly report to the TCEQ by the appropriate due date. For each delivery or application during the preceding quarter include in your report:
- the date it was delivered to a land application unit
- the date it was applied
- the source of the sludge
- the quality of the sludge
- the quantity of the sludge applied
If you had no activity in the preceding quarter, submit a report stating there was no activity.

Submit your reports by the appropriate due date:
