Annual and Quarterly Reports for Class B Biosolids

When and what to submit in the required quarterly and annual reports if you hold a permit to land apply Class B biosolids.

Quarterly Reports

If you have a Class B biosolids land application permit that was issued on or after September 1, 2003, you must submit a quarterly report to TCEQ by the appropriate due date shown below.

For each delivery or application during the preceding quarter include in your report:

  • the date it was delivered to a land application unit
  • the date it was applied
  • the source, quality, and quantity of the biosolids applied

If you had no activity in the preceding quarter, submit a report stating there was no activity.

Annual Reports

This form is for land application purposes only. Do not use this as an annual report for transporting sludge or domestic septage. Find information about that report required on the Sludge Transporters webpage.

When to Submit Reports

Submit your reports by the appropriate due date:
