Application Deficiencies

If a deficiency is identified during the review of your application, a deficiency letter will be sent to the email address currently on file, or to your mailing address if an email is not provided. If you do not resolve all issues identified and contact TCEQ within 120 days of the notification, your application will expire, and you must submit a new application, along with the required fee, to reapply for the license. Please note that application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You can check the status of your application by regularly visiting the Individual Search or Company Registration Search pages. You will be assigned a Customer Number (CN) when you apply for an Occupational License. Use this number when communicating with Occupational Licensing staff to help ensure faster and more accurate service.
